Join us for a festive afternoon of neo-soul, jazz and blues as Ferguson Center presents the first in a series of concerts titled The Bobby BlackHat Music Series. This inaugural concert is a free, ticketed event and while supplies last.

Bobby BlackHat is an award-winning recording artist, singer/songwriter, harmonica player and Virginia's "blues ambassador." Joining him is Jae Sinnett, drummer, composer, music educator and host/producer at WHRV Public Media who'll perform with his Zero to 60 Quartet, and singer/songwriter Akeylah Simone. In 2022, Simone was selected by the International Singer-Songwriters Association as "Female Rising Star," and was also nominated as the SoulTracks Readers' Choice Awards "Best New Artist."
